CycleMiles Webshop is Hibernating

After 8 years and over 16,000 orders later the CycleMiles webshop is preparing to have a rest.

Why are you hibernating? 

Whether you’re John Lewis & Partners, Marks & Spencer or ASOS it’s been pretty difficult sustaining a retail business lately. CycleMiles has lots of lovely customers, who value our products, good value and service. We have lots of lovely suppliers and artists who we love working with. We need time to reflect and plan what the future CycleMiles is going to look like. If you have any helpful thoughts and ideas, please do contact us. We’d love to hear from you.

When will you start your hibernation? 

New orders can be made as usual, until midnight (UK time) on Sunday 15th March 2020. “Last orders” will be dispatched as usual, on Monday 16th March for U.K. delivery the same week; international delivery as normal.

I’d like to order something, but I’m worried that it won’t turn up? 

We understand you’re worried. Your order is safe and will be promptly dispatched and delivered as usual. We need to hibernate knowing our lovely customers are happy. If you want to order but just can’t stop worrying, give us a call, 023 92 455 355 and speak with us, hopefully that will help.

I have a CycleMiles gift voucher and I haven’t used it before or after 15th March 2020?

Please don’t worry. We can exchange your CycleMiles gift vouchers for their value. Contact us anytime on 023 92 455 355 or you can email us at velo@cyclemiles.co.uk. We’ll need to know your voucher code/s. We can then pay you by bank transfer, PayPal or cheque. Whichever you prefer, it’s not a problem.

No problem at all. We are still distributing and selling the fantastic range of Free Parable products. You can still buy monkiis and gorillas from CycleMiles on ebay or Amazon.
